The living room extends seamlessly onto the patio with some roofed areas providing glorious shade. It features a dining space and comfortable seating, comprised of 2 tables with chairs for dining, sun loungers, small coffee table and 2 tub chairs as well as a gas BBQ.
The compact infinity pool has steps and a seating ledge with original cannons from a by-gone era majestically mounted either side. Ideal for sipping your afternoon tipple and absorbing the breathtaking view.

Kitchen
A stylish and modern kitchen which is well-appointed and spacious with views of the harbour.
It has an island unit with prep sink and 5-ring gas hob. There is a large integrated oven with separate microwave above, a further sink as well as a dishwasher, water dispenser, kettle, filter coffee machine and a separate drinks fridge. In addition, there is a large American style fridge/freezer with ice dispenser.

Living Room
Beautiful open plan lounge featuring floor to ceiling hurricane shutters which fully retract to reveal the stunning panorama of the harbour and surrounding landscape. Comfy sofas with scatter bean bags and a dining table that can seat up to 10 people.

Master Bedroom
Super king-size bed, large ensuite shower room with twin sinks, toilet and rain-shower showerhead. Double wardrobe, chest of drawers and large television. There are bi-folding doors with a view of Falmouth Harbour and patio area.

Of the accommodation
- All bedrooms have: a fridge, kettle, air conditioning, ceiling fan, safe and mosquito nets (not normally required)
- Bedroom 3 & 4 are linked by an internal door which is lockable.
- Each bedroom is individually decorated to a high standard, reflecting the local character and charm.
- There is plenty of storage space in each room. Every room exudes relaxation and peace in this idyllic landscape.
- The entire home, including outdoor pool terrace and all bedrooms, comes WiFi enabled, speed is dependent on the network and may vary according to local conditions.
- Maid service one a week, more frequently by prior arrangement (additional cost will apply).
- There is a 2 day turnaround between bookings to enable a deep clean to be undertaken.
- Ample parking on the drive which comfortably fits three cars.

Important Information
- Sorry, but the property is not wheelchair accessible.
- The pool is not fenced – children should be supervised at all times and is the sole responsibility of guests.
- A car is necessary and we would recommend booking a 4WD prior to arrival.
- There are two friendly cats that visit the property but are not allowed to live in the house.
